BENELUX

A hard whole grain white wheat flour that contains the whole wheat kernal, but with a granulation similar to white flour. The fibre is white giving a sweeter taste and lighter appearance than normal whole wheat flour. Consumption of whole grain products is getting increasing attention; deliver your same products but with greater nutrition, taste and dietary fibre.

Dough made with BENELUX will absorb more water and require a slightly longer mixing time. It will however give your product a longer shelf life and put a smile on your accountant's face.
